The International Passive House Conference is the year's premium Passive House event, where about 1000 thought leaders and innovators from around the world gather. The upcoming Passive House conference will take place in the Austrian capital Vienna which is increasingly turning to energy efficient construction. 2013 saw the opening of the 20-storey RWH.2 office tower, at the time the world's tallest Passive House building.
Passive House components provide maximum comfort with minimum energy costs in new builds and refurbishments alike. In the run up to the conference, we organise several workshops for those interested in furthering their Passive House knowledge. The expert-led workshops include topics such as cooling, commissioning, energy-efficient hot waters systems as well as windows, PHPP and DesignPH. Read more
Our evening events are always a great way to unwind after a busy day at the conference. Our main event will take place in the magnificent Vienna Museum of Natural History, offering excellent networking opportunities as well as the chance to catch up with familiar faces. Read more
Our excursions offer you the chance to visit Passive House buildings and experience them for yourself. We are organising excursions to a range of Passive House buildings in and around Vienna, including residential buildings, office blocks and schools. Places are limited. so be sure to book in advance.
