To tra­vel to Chi­na you will need a val­id tra­vel vi­sa in your pass­port. To ap­ply for bu­si­ness vi­sa to Chi­na, an of­fi­ci­al in­vit­a­ti­on let­ter from a com­pa­ny or oth­er in­sti­tu­ti­on in Chi­na is re­qui­red. If you need a vi­sa, plea­se read the sec­ti­on be­low. If you need an in­vit­a­ti­on let­ter, plea­se pro­vi­de the ne­ces­sa­ry in­form­a­ti­on in your re­gis­tra­ti­on.

To tra­vel to Chi­na you will need a val­id tra­vel vi­sa in your pass­port. You may ap­ply for a val­id vi­sa at the Chi­ne­se em­bas­sy or any oth­er Chi­ne­se con­su­lar of­fi­ce in your coun­try. In ma­ny cit­ies you can find an agen­cy to help you en­su­re you ha­ve all the ne­ces­sa­ry doc­u­ments to meet the re­qui­re­ments for a suc­cess­ful vi­sa ap­plic­a­ti­on. We sug­gest us­ing an agen­cy to help with your ap­plic­a­ti­on, in Ger­ma­ny we ha­ve had good ex­per­i­en­ce with 1av­isum (www.1av­isum.de).

On this in­vit­a­ti­on let­ter the in­vit­ing in­sti­tu­ti­on must pro­vi­de the in­form­a­ti­on re­ques­ted from you in the re­gis­tra­ti­on.

Win­door Ci­ty will send you a per­son­al in­vit­a­ti­on in the form of a prin­ted, stam­ped and si­gned let­ter. A scan­ned pdf-co­py of this let­ter will be ac­cep­ted for the vi­sa ap­plic­a­ti­on.
