Due to the spe­cial cir­cum­stances in 2020, you can only pur­chase a tick­et for the en­tire con­fer­en­ce this year. Tick­ets for in­di­vidu­al days or ses­sions are not offered.

The con­fer­en­ce tick­et in­cludes the fol­low­ing ser­vices:
Your per­son­al on­line ac­cess to all live events of the 24th In­ter­na­tion­al Pass­ive House Con­fer­en­ce and if ap­plic­able their re­cord­ings (lec­tures, tours, net­work­ing, avail­able from 10 Oc­to­ber un­til 01 Novem­ber 2020) and to the ac­com­pa­ny­ing on­line Pass­ive House ex­hib­i­tion, the con­fer­en­ce pro­ceed­ings, avail­able as PDF doc­u­ment, with all writ­ten con­tri­bu­tions and Eng­lish in­ter­pret­a­tion at all Ger­man ses­sions.

Con­fer­en­ce tick­ets can be pur­chased in the on­line tick­et shop un­til 20 Septem­ber 2020 and only per­sons who have paid the fees in full will be ad­mit­ted to the con­fer­en­ce.

All pay­ments have to be done via the on­line tick­et shop. Any fees in­curred by the pay­ment ser­vice pro­vider have to be car­ried by the or­der­ing party. After or­der­ing your con­fer­en­ce tick­et you can view all in­form­a­tion on­line and will re­ceive an e-mail with your in­voice.


Can­cel­la­tions are pos­sible un­til 24 Au­gust 2020 and are sub­ject to a fee of 4% of the tick­et price to be­paid to the or­gan­ising body in the on­line tick­et shop. Fees which may be charged by the pay­ment ser­vice pro­vider will be re­tained by the or­gan­ising body. All can­cel­la­tions after 24 Au­gust 2020 will in­cur a fee equal to 50% of the cor­res­pond­ing con­fer­en­ce tick­et. From 14 Septem­ber 2020 no can­cel­la­tions are pos­sible and the full par­ti­cip­a­tion fee for all tick­ets pur­chased is due, but re­place­ment par­ti­cipants can be named.

The con­fer­en­ce tick­et and all con­fer­en­ce ad­mis­sion doc­u­ments are not-trans­fer­able. All of­fers made avail­able can only be used by par­ti­cipants of the con­fer­en­ce with a val­id con­fer­en­ce tick­et us­ing the cor­res­pond­ing per­son­al e-mail ad­dress.
