We have put together a rich conference programme for you! New: a session on Passive House high-rises! This and much more is waiting for you in beautiful Vienna!

We have put together a whole week of Passive House related activities consisting of workshops, lectures, excursions and evening events, and we would like to invite you to experience the latest Passive House developments with us in person, from 24 – 30 April in Vienna!

500 days after the Paris Summit the latest Passive House projects in the residential and non-residential sector will show how the task of climate protection can be combined in an economical way with improved comfort and building preservation at the same time. You can therefore look forward to a varied programme of lectures and expect to learn about new research findings relating to sustainability, ventilation and building envelopes. A highlight will be the first-ever session for Passive House high-rise buildings.

At the accompanying Passive House Exhibition, around 100 companies will present their services and products relating to energy efficient construction. Our subsequent evening event on Friday at the Natural History Museum will add a special Viennese flair.

For all those wishing to start even earlier, we are offering a comprehensive workshop programme in the run-up to the Conference (24 - 27 April 2017). In addition to PHPP and designPH basics, a range of specialist workshops will also be available. Brand new workshops relating to energy efficient hot water systems as well as commissioning and optimised operations are also on offer, as are workshops on windows, cooling and dehumidification, PHPP for retrofits and designPH.

On Sunday 30 April 2017 you will be able to participate in excursions to various Passive House Buildings in Vienna and its surroundings.

We look forward to welcoming you at the 21st International Passive House Conference in Vienna!
